Brit get visitation revoked…again!

After a day in court, Kevin Federline’s weary attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan wound up his arguments regarding his custody fight with Britney Spears.

At Los Angeles Superior Court, Kaplan emerged from behind court doors and said, “I’m not happy about anything that’s going on. There are no winners.”

As for what went on in the courtroom today, Kaplan was typically vague. “There were several orders requested which will be reflected in a minute order,” he explained. “The minute order will be released publicly by the end of business on Monday.”

However, in a document obtained by TMZ.com, it appears that it has been decided by the court that Kevin now has sole custody of the two boys and that Britney’s visitation rights has been suspended pending further investigation.

A hearing date on the suspension is set for Jan. 14.

Briney Spears spent a mere 14 minutes being deposed on Thursday.Why???

The trainwreck was almost TWO hours late for the court-ordered deposition.

By the time Brit Brit did arrive, K-Fed’s lawyers, Mark Vincent Kaplan, was only able to grill her for 14 minutes before the deposition was scheduled to end.

Kaplan described Spears as “cooperative” and said, “I would’ve preferred it had gone on longer. [But] there has been no change in anything. It will be continued to another date, which I will not say at this time.”

Asked at a press conference outside his offices if he got information he was looking for, Kaplan replied sarcastically, “In 14 minutes?”

No excuse has been given for Spears’ almost two hour lateness, but it probably had something to do with the fact that she thinks she’s above the law and her kids don’t matter that much to her.

Kaplan said he hasn’t decided whether to pursue court sanctions against Spears for being late and her repeated disrespect of court order.

But we hope he does!

Foreign leader Bhutto sadly assassinated

 

Pakistani activist Benazir Bhutto, leader of the country’s Opposition party, was assassinated on Thursday in a horrific and unnecessary act of violence.

At least 15 of Bhutto’s followers were also killed when a suicide bomber attacked at a political rally.

So sad.

Mischa Barton has been out of the headlines recently, so what does she do?

The former O.C. goes and gets arrested!

Mischa was busted in Los Angeles early Thursday morning and charged with DUI, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid California license.

Remember that overdose incident from earlier this year?

It’s time for someone to go to rehab!

Also, the fact that Barton was not only arrested for drunk driving but also for having (still unnamed) illegal narcotics in her possession does not bode well for her relationship with Keds. Mischa is the face of the shoe company.

Probably not for much longer!

Jamie Lynn Spears is PREGNANT!

It would not be that much of a surprise to hear that Britney Spears is knocked up again, since she has become a complete trainwreck, but her 16 year old sister Jamie Lynn?!?!? You have got to be kidding me! Then again, she’s in a family that is effed up in every way. In a recent interview with OK! Magazine, Jamie Lynn and her mother (Lynne) set down to discuss the career-ruining mess Jamie Lynn has gotten herself into…

Jamie Lynn Spears, younger sister of Britney Spears, is pregnant with the child of her boyfriend of over two years, Casey Aldridge. And in an exclusive interview in the new issue of OK! , the teenager opens up about her pregnancy, which just passed the 12-week mark, and which she says came as a total shock to her.

“I can’t say it was something I was planning to do right now,” the 16-year-old confesses to OK!. “But now that it’s in my lap and that it’s something I have to deal with, I’m looking forward to being the best mom I can be.”

As for her decision to keep the baby, the Zoey 101 star explains, “I think my whole life I would have to live with knowing what I did or what I didn’t do.” And Jamie Lynn, who intends on raising the child in her home state of Louisiana, also tells OK! that she intends to face up to the life-changing choice she’s made. “I’m the one who has to live with it for the rest of my life,” she says. “I put myself in this position, an adult position, so I have to act like an adult and take responsibility for what I did.”

Of course, Jamie Lynn won’t be going it alone. Her mother, Lynne Spears, says to OK!, “I want her to ask me to help as much as she wants me to because I will be there for her. I want to be a big part, if she wants me to be.”

As for any message Jamie Lynn’s fans might take away from this news, the young actress is realistic. “I definitely don’t think it’s something you should do; it’s better to wait. But I can’t be judgmental because it’s a position I put myself in.”

I found this photo while doing my daily ramblings through all my favorite celebrity blogs and came across this gem. If you didn’t know, Christina Aguilera is pregnant and the baby will be born in the near future. Check out the teddy bear she is holding! That ribbon is pink, which is an obvious indicator that she is having a little girl…you heard it here first (unless you came across this before me!)

Just one week after loosing complete custody of her children Sean Preston and Jayden James, Britney Spears got to see both of them today at her gated mansion in Malibu. Fall 2007 Fashion Trend: Grey is the New Black Pt. 2

When searching through Fall ’07 catalogs, online and print, I came across something that I never thought I would. First of all, I really don’t care for the flannel shirts…too much of a 90’s grunge look. However, my mind was stunned when I came across the perfect button-down for this Fall.

It is still has the plaid/flannel look, but modernized to fit this season. Kind of reminds me of what Adam Brody might be seen in…

 Not leaving the girls out, I found this stylish grey cotton and sequin tank/dress from LaRok. It’s supposedly extremely comfortable and looks good on many body types. You may have seen this on Lindsey Lohan or Paris Hilton.
