The former O.C. goes and gets arrested!

Mischa was busted in Los Angeles early Thursday morning and charged with DUI, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid California license.

Remember that overdose incident from earlier this year?

It’s time for someone to go to rehab!

Also, the fact that Barton was not only arrested for drunk driving but also for having (still unnamed) illegal narcotics in her possession does not bode well for her relationship with Keds. Mischa is the face of the shoe company.

Probably not for much longer!
